I was approached to help a real estate & development company rebrand for the next phase of their growth as the business was changing hands. They needed to position themselves as the premium home-building option for their market in Eau Claire and Western Wisconsin. Their claim to fame were the fact that houses they had built over 50 years ago were seen as the best built houses in the area. "That's a Haselwander house" realtors would boast when listing one of the homes they had built. Starting with a mood board, I helped them develop their brand identity and apply it across all materials. Deliverables included brand guidelines and logo files in various lockups along with brand applications as seen below.
